Job Description:
- Work with in-house design & construction management team and report to the General Manager, Construction Management (GM) / Director of Construction (DC).
- Assist the Project Manager in assigned project(s) and be responsible for cost, delivery, quality, safety, PR and environmental matters.
- Assist the Project Manager to manage consultants, contractors, vendors based on the various needs of the assigned project(s)
- Be responsible for independent project(s) when assigned
- Work with the GM/DC on ad-hoc assignments such as feasibility study, due diligence check, direct procurement, maintenance study, R&D activities etc.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, C&S or M&E Engineering, Construction Management or related study
- About 5 years experience in the built environment either in consultancy/project management (developer)
- Hands-on experience with Asset Enhancement Initiative (AEI), New Build and D&B projects
- Keen interest in sustainability within the built environment and familiar with prevailing BCA Green Mark / LEED requirements
- Familiar with SIA and REDAS form of contracts and Collaborative Contracting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and Project Management software
- Preferable to have experience in developing/implementing BIM standards, protocols, workflows and establishing BIM execution plan
