Responsibilities:
• Identify and assess potential candidates
• Conduct interview and manage selection procedures
• Design job descriptions and interview questions
• Organize and attend recruitment events
• Lead discussions in quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
• Involve actively in Human Resource activities with regards to Hiring and Managing of potential candidates
