- Supervise constructions work to ensure that quality works are produced.
- Ensure that all operations are carried out safely.
- Drive all the workers and materials to the job site in time.
- Check and receive incoming materials delivered to site.
- Ensure safe work procedures are implemented to control risk.
- Familiar with relevant legal requirement.
- Carry out day-to-day site operations and supervise a team of construction workers.
- Carry out inspection as well as resolving and monitoring rectification works.
- Supervise the construction of works and incorporation of materials and ensure that they are carried out in accordance with the project plan.
- Ensure company’s safety rules are observed and obeyed.
- Ensure safety measures are met on site.
- Handle and transport materials (eg. Cement, tiles, stone) and equipment with care (eg. Drill, polishing machine, hacking machine)
- Able to use power tools and machinery if required
- Able to work under pressure & any weather condition
- Able to work in any working environment
- Ad-hoc assignments.
