Procurement Business Partner
Our client is a prominent healthtech company seeks a versatile and adaptable individual to join their ranks.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Serve as primary administrator for Ariba procurement system which includes user management, training, troubleshooting, etc
· Strategize, plan, analyse and implement sourcing strategy for products and services for the assigned business unit.
· Streamline, rationalize and consolidate for better savings and vendor management.
· Support end-to-end procurement activities.
· Provide advisory and guidance to internal stakeholders to ensure compliances with procurement policies and procedures.
· Support the formulation and review of procurement policies and procedures to support business objectives.
· Address all queries and resolve issues of all procurement matters.
Requirements and Qualifications:
· Hold a degree preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline.
· Minimum 8 - 10 years of relevant working experience in procurement, preferably experience in formulation and review of procurement policies and procedures.
· Proficient in Ariba system management is a must.
· Have experience in IT procurement is highly preferred.
· Has strong negotiation, influencing, analytical and quantitative skills.
