· To provide system support and manage enhancement for Debt Manager & Auto-Dialer application.
· Systems specializing in the Debt Manager & Auto-Dialer Domain.
- Perform Level 2 and 3 of production support.
To perform problem investigation – problem identification, root cause analysis, solution definition and implementation.
- To work closely with users to understand their needs & issues.
- To manage system risks and conjure improvements to mitigate and manage risks
Liaise with vendor on the Scope of Work, enhancements progress and fix implementations.
- Application Technical Support on Java, .Net and MSSQL Database.
- Platform Knowledge on Windows, Linux, JBoss & Apache Tomcat web deployments.
- Hands-on experience on Windows and Unix scripting, MS-DOS working experience and support.
- Knowledge in Banking IT environment will be a plus.
- 24 x 7 on call support.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the same capacity.
- Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and team player.
- Willing to work at Cyberjaya/ KL.
- Able to work with cross border colleagues.
