- manages and prepares the cost estimates for the construction projects. This ranges from initial calculations to the final accounts to help in bidding and determining the price of the service.
- Seeks to minimise costs while adhering to the required standards and policies.
- Keeps track of the progression of the contract with regards to any variations.
- Office-based and will go on several site visits.
- Degree or Diploma in Building/ Quantity Surveying.
- Min 5 years’ experience
- Possess good negotiation and coordination skills
- Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate with people from all levels.
- Meticulous, analytical with excellent problem solving skills, proactive, good team player and able to meet tight deadlines
- Able to work independently ,and able to do multi task work
- Candidate with good experience in contractual administration will be considered
- Familar with Aluminium and glazing works will be preferred
