Job Description
Our R&D team is looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer. This is an opportunity to join a team busy with building our next generation of EAM software.
The perfect candidate has been keeping up with new technologies and is looking for an opportunity to innovate. A strong analytical, problem-solving mind, a master programmer that is comfortable to work on the construction and scaling challenges of a large enterprise system.
We focus on progressive web applications, handheld devices, online/offline use, and a distributed system to support a fleet of ocean-going vessels and offshore production units. Technologies include .Net Core, React-JS and related web-technologies on a Linux platform. Containerized deployment on remotely managed runtime environments. Languages in use include C#, Typescript.
The job will require you to be personally involved in hands-on coding to expand on and scale the working foundation. This is the foundation that will carry the weight of the complete and comprehensive collection of applications and functionalities. A multitude of companies and networked, distributed installations will depend on the work that you and the team will perform.
Education
We are looking for candidates that hold a relevant Master’s degree or higher, within Software Engineering / Computer Science / IT / OT.

You have worked for several years building software and you thrive when you can dive into a problem that needs solving but you won’t forget about the big picture. You enjoy being part of a clever team that will share and collaborate to bring about success.
Requirements
· Broad and extensive knowledge of the software development process and technologies
· 8+ years of software development experience
· Strong system architecture design skills
· Build and deploy performant modern web applications in React
· Knowledge of architectural styles and design patterns
· Data modelling and database design experience
· In-depth understanding of the web paradigm
