Role
- Oversee the development of product risk control business indicators, including monitoring and conducting attribution analysis for risk control business.
- Develop strategies for product risk control, track their effectiveness, and establish a comprehensive risk control data indicator system for the business line.
- Target platform black and gray production users, extract features, devise effective response strategies, and promptly halt illicit activities.
- Demonstrate quick learning and thinking abilities, possess a sharp data insight, structured thinking skills, cross-team collaboration prowess, and a fervent dedication to practical business problem-solving.
- Proficient in data statistics and related professional skills, adept at applying regression, classification, clustering, deep learning, and other machine learning algorithms to address business challenges.
Qualifications:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher, with an interest in mathematical statistics; possess a foundational understanding of computer science or mathematics
- Proficient in commonly used data analysis tools and languages such as Excel, SQL, R, Python, and SPSS.
- Exhibit strong logical thinking, communication skills, reliability, self-motivation, curiosity, and an interest in the internet and data analysis.
- Must have experience in risk control related projects
- Prior experience in payments, AML or content risk related project will be an advantage
