We are looking for a competent Sales Support to provide personalized admin and sales support in a fast pace and timely manner.
Job Scope:
- Provide administrative and support to sales and admin team
- Management of company’s products’ library and resources
- To source and negotiate for products and services and obtain pricing information
- Assist in purchasing duties, tracking orders and ensure timely delivery
- Liaise with freight forwarders on outgoing samples and goods, ensuring smooth deliveries to customers
- Shipping and logistics coordination, coordinate unstuffing/warehousing duties
- Assist/coordinate the day-to-day delivery operations
- Prepare/issue delivery orders, collection notes and related documents
- Maintain good filing, photocopying, scanning documents & proper records of documents and correspondences
- Handling of phone calls or incoming visitors or contractors
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Candidates with working experience in administration and/or sales coordination/ sales support
- Detailed and organized
- Good communication skills
- Shipping experience will be an advantage.
