Seventh Sense is a deep-tech AI company founded in Singapore that specializes in Face Recognition (FR) and Edge-AI machine vision technology.
Our mission is to solve the problem of running computationally intensive deep learning AI models without costly GPUs or cloud-based supercomputers. We make it possible to achieve GPU-grade machine vision performance on commoditized and ubiquitous hardware such as the everyday CPUs, mCPUs, embedded systems, and compute-constrained devices. Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner with a Computer Engineering/Science degree and strong background in Agile product development, and extremely high grade communication skills. The ideal candidate will have over 10+ years of experience in taking complex business ideas to successful product launches and leading cross-functional teams through different phases of product development life cycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams through IT product development life cycles.
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams in IT product lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain end-to-end product deliverables with high efficiency.
- Efficiently manage deliverable of comprehensive product solutions from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with senior product managers to define roadmaps and goals.
- Engage in Agile product development practices, including stakeholder engagement, roadmap definition, and PI objectives.
- Liaise with clients and internal teams across diverse geographic locations, and foster client relationships.
- Implement and promote Agile practices within team settings.
- Simplify complex requirements into actionable user stories and tasks.
- Actively participate in Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Program Increment (PI) Planning sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering or Computer Science
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role (7+ years)
- A profound understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools, including but not limited to Jira, Confluence, Redmine, as well as Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe Agilist, and Lean Agile.
- Clear understanding of software development tools such as DevOps (CI/CD), Docker, Kubernotes, etc.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Having an AWS Cloud certification is a plus
- Proficiency in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence and Data Visualization
- Experience using SalesForce
