- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in construction
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines
- Ability to read drawings, plans, and blueprints
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Relevant certification (e.g., SSSTS, CSCS)
- Supervise outdoor construction for exhibitions and events staging
- Supervise site erection
- Provide site coordination and assist Project Manager at site.
- Ensuring tasks are properly executed and according to schedule.
- Ensure site work in accordance to requirements and schedule and adhere to the Clients’ QEHS management system.
- Ensure works are carry out safely at all times.
- Supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow
- Monitor project progress and report on project status to management
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise on-site
- Maintain accurate records of construction activities and expenses
- Must have experience with PE, RA, SLD, SWP, PTW forms.
- NO paid time off, no overnight paid
- No grab, food reimbursement, no MC claims.
- Must be able to traval islandwide.
- 10 days annual leave.
- Working hours: 730 am - 10 pm
