Representing a global presence retail with more than 50 boutiques across the Asia Pacific region. Currently looking for a System Analyst who will be responsible with CRM initiatives, process improvements and product development to improve the digital transformation of the organization. You will be supporting the teams across all markets: Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Thailand, Vietnam, Japan, Australia and New Zealand.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively to champion digital transformation and CRM initiatives within the company.
- Contribute to the management of CRM projects and enhancements throughout their lifecycle, aiming for improvements in customer satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy.
- Manage projects comprehensively, from defining project scopes and gathering business requirements to implementation, integration, testing, training, and closure, encompassing standard functionalities and custom developments.
- Enhance operational efficiency and productivity by streamlining processes and harnessing technology and automation.
- Gather and document requirements, including business processes and needs, and translate them into detailed functional specifications.
- Assess new technologies, suggest their application for ongoing productivity and efficiency enhancements.
- Collaborate on roadmaps and milestones for all planned projects and initiatives.
- Monitor actual activities and resource allocation to ensure efficient use.
- Ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (retail, marketing, brands, and technology) to align requirements and provide stakeholders with project progress updates.
Requirements:
- At least 8 years experience in project planning, execution, controlling and project risk management.
- Proficiency in ensuring projects reach successful, on-time completion through diligent monitoring and support.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and adept at multitasking.
- Demonstrated proficiency in analytical and technical competencies.
- Effective interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proactive, organized, responsible, capable of independent work, and meticulous about details.
- Prior experience with any CRM application is a beneficial asset.
