Main Job Function: Responsibilities:
- Planing of Aftersales services and customer coordination
- Assisting at Installation, commissioning, repair and preventive maintenance of Compressed Air systems
- Conduct on-site training to customers.
- Service Report Management,
- Spare Parts Ordering & Processing for jobs and stock
- Organizing goods for projects and coordinating Deliveries when required
- Prepare quotations for service jobs and follow up.
- Warranty handling
Pre-requisites:
· Advance Diploma in Mechatronic/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
· Able to work independently with good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
· Willing to travel in Asia region for After-Market Support and training when required
· Team player who is self-motivated
· Knowledge on Screw & Piston compressors preferred Both Oil Lubricated and Oilfree
· Class 3 driving license with car would be added advantage.
· Able to speak and write good English
· Able to speak in Chinese (Mandarin) will be of advantage
· Knowledge of using computer for communication and use in controller repairs
· Technical knowledge with related to Air compressors/machinery & parts
· Over 2 years work experience in similar work environment would be an added advantage
