Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-sales technical support and propose product/system architecture.
- Deliver software/product training to clients, post-trials, and in after-sales interactions.
- Present and consult professionally on the company's products.
- Collaborate with regional partners and respond to complex tenders. • Research and support communication processes with prospects.
- Clearly convey technical capabilities and provide demonstrations.
- Disseminate newsletters and manage existing/new customer accounts.
- Engage in sales and marketing activities, execute deals, and analyze the market.
- Cultivate business contacts to uncover new opportunities.
- Assist in testing software/hardware products and provide feedback.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience with commercial clients.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated self-confidence in handling challenging situations.
- Analytical mindset with critical thinking abilities.
