30 years so we will need a very capable candidate with full of experience in silkscreen printing, fabric printing in heat finish and silk press machines, wood engraving and laser cutting, plastic tooling and printing and molding to custom design and shapes, metal molding works etc. you must have had hands on experience on these areas so as to know how to lead the team of production workers
to guide and arrange daily work and to show how to operate the machines before workers go on them. Training of the staff is a daily thing required by MOM so morning brief is always this and then set their machines for safety is our priority
Understanding the hick ups and potential problems that will arise from each job is a must and mitigate the problems as it comes along
work hours are 9-6pm mon to saturdays and when workers are back at work you will need to be present too.
to work hand in hand with multi lingual and multi racial team ability to speak dialects and mandarin and english is a plus
Accounting system Xero you must know as you will be in charge too for monthly submissions of accounts filing and book keeping
admin managerial role that encompass work pass issuance, tender submissions and all HR work will be handled by you too.
