Green Link Digital Bank is Singapore's inaugural wholesale digital bank focusing on supply chain finance, mainly serving MSMEs and aiming to help MSMEs grow and improve digitization.
Responsibilities
- Acquire and grow a portfolio of new to bank MSME customers to introduce the bank’s facilities, including cold-calling potential clients and gathering referrals.
- Identify and establish working partnerships with industry players and service providers to provide loans.
- Deepen the wallet share of existing bank customers by cross-selling other bank products.
- Assess creditworthiness and risk, prepare regular and timely credit proposals, credit memos, and credit reviews for new loan applications while ensuring strict compliance to laws and regulations.
- Proactively manage, supervise, and monitor portfolio of client accounts to minimise non-performing loans and delinquency.
- Ensure and maintain a high standard of AML/KYC/CDD risk assessments for client profiles.
- Understand customer needs and requirements and collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide constructive feedback to improve and propose new bank products.
- Actively participate in ad hoc projects such as developing new products, technical enhancements, alternative data lending, industry landscaping, etc.
Requirements
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree in a reputable institution.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in Wholesale/Commercial/Enterprise Banking or in Non-Bank FIs/Fintech lenders serving wholesale customers.
- Demonstrated records of overachieving sales target whilst balanced with risk awareness and management.
- Experience in AML, KYC, CDD, creating credit proposals, credit memo writing, and credit structuring.
- Comfortable in cold calling potential clients.
- Good understanding of MSME loan, trade, and cash products.
- Demonstrate high levels of initiative to grow own’s portfolio as well as participate in ad hoc projects to contribute to the bank’s success.

- Highly self-motivated to deliver work of highest standard with strong sense of commitment and accountability.
