Job Description:
- Liaising with the Site Management or Property Owners to ensure that work is carried out smoothly with minimal inconvenience caused.
- To deal with requests and handling complaints, conflicts and feedback pertaining to the project. (E.g. From the Public, Site Management and/or Property Owners)
- Ensuring that work carried out at the site is in accordance with the requirements by the Management or Property Owners.
- Preparing and sending annexes, letters or reports to the relevant Authorities as and when needed.
- Ensure that notices are put up at the sites to keep the public informed of the works being carried out.
- Perform daily administrative support relating to the sites' operations.
- Perform all other duties or tasks as assigned by superior.
Requirement:
- Min 3-5 years of relevant experience in the Construction industry.
- Meticulous and attentive to details.
- Able to work well independently and in a team.
