Job scope:
- Responsible for the safe and efficient procedure of materials movement and materials storage within the site storage space
- Ensure goods are offloaded correctly using the correct techniques and to ensure receiving of goods and torecord/scan into the system accordingly
- Manage and ensure materials are delivered from warehouse
- Keep track of material shortage and update status record
- Keep accurate record of delivery work order status by production
- To provide assistance during cycle and physical count
- Provide administration support to the team
- Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned
Requirements-
- Minimum O Levels and above
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in the manufacturing industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Words) and MRP/ SAP preferred
- A team player with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast changing and demanding environment
