Responsibilities:


As a Human Resource Executive, you will handle full spectrum of HR operations duties including employee administration, recruitment, new employee onboarding, offboarding, internal communications, performance management, payroll, office administration and HR reporting. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Recruitment and Selection: Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including job postings, screening applications, conducting interviews, salary negotiation and other related talent acquisition activities.
  • Employee Relations: Work together with senior management to foster a positive work culture by handling employee queries, addressing grievances, and maintaining effective communication channels within the organization. Support senior management in organising events and activities for staff, residents and other stakeholders.
  • Performance Management: Administer performance appraisal exercise and provide advice to staff on performance-related matters
  • Policy Development: Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, while promoting a fair and inclusive work environment.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, merit increments, bonus payments, and employee benefits and welfare schemes (e.g. annual leave, medical benefits). Submission of government-paid claims such as NS claim, Maternity Leave, Childcare Leave, Paternity Leave, and other related claims.
  • Training and Development: Onboard new hires. Source and determine training plan in liaison with management staff. Assist in training administration, such as, registration, payments, coordination of course confirmations.
  • HR Operations: Administer employee confirmation, contract renewal, re-employment, employment certification letters. Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR databases, update Employee Handbook and HR Policy Manual, and prepare HR reports for management, Board of Directors and external stakeholders. Complete labour surveys, manpower updates and other MOM related tasks. Assist in HR improvement projects as and when assigned by senior management.
  • Board Secretariat: Provide Secretariat support for the corporate unit including coordinate Board meeting, minutes taking and other matter related to the Board of Directors.

Any other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
