How your work day looks like:
- Cleaning of room and bathroom according to the set standards and instructions established
- Checking of linen quality and control linen damage
- Ensure proper usage of chemicals, cleaning equipment and materials
- Make up bed and turn down according to standards set
- Maintain cleanliness of the corridors and hallways
- To keep pantry on respective floor clean and tidy
- Ensure all equipment, supplies and linen in pantry are well maintained and stocked according to par level
- Maintain a high level of guest service and ensure rapid and professional response to all guest requests
- Report any maintenance deficiencies in the guestrooms
- Updating of room status and report any discrepancies
- Turn in any lost and found items to the Housekeeping Office according to established procedures
- Carry out ad-hoc duties assigned (e.g. fire warden)
