Primary Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the good execution of the work during his shift in his outlet.
- Be responsible for all the highest hygiene standards of the outlets where he is working.
- Check that all the staff work under his supervision in the top hygiene conditions and that chemicals and procedures are used correctly.
- Report any abnormalities during the service to the Assistant Chief Steward or Chief Steward.
- Keep a close eye on the stewards in order to ensure that they are performing their job in the best condition possible.
