- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Contribute to creating a positive and inviting ambiance for guests.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Hostess or in a similar guest service role.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a calm and composed demeanor.
- Familiarity with reservation systems and basic knowledge of F&B operations.
