The Job


Position Overview:

The Market Insight Analyst will be responsible for analyzing market data, trends, and competitive intelligence to provide actionable insights for our product development and marketing teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Collection & Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from a variety of sources, including internal sales data, prescription data, and external market research.
  2. Market Trend Analysis: Identify and report on emerging market trends and shifts. Predict future market trends and provide insights into potential new business opportunities.
  3. Competitive Intelligence: Monitor and analyze competitor products, sales, and marketing activities. Develop competitive benchmarking and provide recommendations for strategic positioning.
  4. Report Generation: Develop detailed reports and presentations on market insights for senior management, marketing teams, and R&D departments.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, R&D, and finance, to provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.
  6. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in pharmaceutical market research.

Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in market research or analytics, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in market research tools and software such as IQIVA
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
