We are looking for a Part-Time Human Resource to join our team on a flexible schedule. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape our startup culture, contribute to talent sourcing efforts, and collaborate on various projects.
Responsibilities:
· Creating Social Media Content: Develop engaging content for our social media platforms to promote our brand, attract potential talent, and engage with our audience.
· Building a Startup Business Together: Collaborate with the team on various startup initiatives where your ideas will be valued and implemented. Contribute to brainstorming sessions, strategy development, and project execution.
· Talent Sourcing: Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various positions within the company. Utilize online platforms, networking events, and other resources to identify potential candidates.
· Other Duties: Perform other administrative tasks and projects as assigned, such as updating databases, managing correspondence, conducting research, and supporting ad-hoc projects as needed
Requirements:
· Possess a Degree/ Diploma or be pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Creative mindset with a passion for social media marketing.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
· Prior experience in HR or social media marketing is a plus, but not required.
