Job Responsibilities:
• Grow relationships with & work closely with key customers
• Work closely with management to develop and execute company's sales & business development plans
• Develop business strategies (and related sales & marketing) with management to continue to grow business size and market share, monitor performance of such strategies and adapt accordingly
• Manage key customers to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Supervise supporting manpower in your team
• Monitor shopper trends and behaviours, and proactively anticipate trends
• Analyse sales data and prepare relevant reports
Required Skills & Education:
• Minimum Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years experience in similar role
• Excellent communication skills in person, and also on the phone and email required
• Positive, motivated attitude
• Ability to work independently with initiative
• Experience in food manufacturing is a plus
• Exisiting working relationships with hotels, caterers and food kiosks buyers a plus
