1. Notifying and ensure that the Company is aware of all contracts and projects awarded to the Company;
2. Contacting all leads/ referrals provided by the Company or otherwise to schedule client meetings;
3. Preparation of project’s documents including but not limited to floorplans, detail drawings, 3D drawings, quotations, mood boards, samples;
4. Administering contractor performance for all projects and ensuring compliance to all agreements in all new or rebuild projects;
5. Inspecting all sites assigned to ensure appropriate quality control on all processes and coordinating with relevant teams for permits need be;
6. Managing multiple sites at any given time and communicating between relevant contractors and clients;
7. Participating in various project and/or Company meetings with managers/ designers/ suppliers/ contractors/ clients;
8. Participating in various sales/product trainings the Company may organise from time to time;9. Maintaining and reporting any record of project costs and progress known;
10. Preparing of project scheduling;
11. Ensuring compliance to the overall project timeline and ensuring that notice is given if otherwise; and
12. Being responsible for your site and undertaking the design project concept to completion.
