Job Summary:
· Salary: Up to $4000
· Working Days and Hours: 5.5 days - Monday to Friday (Alternate Saturday - 2 Saturday in a month)
8am - 5.30pm
· Location of work: Ubi Road (Near to Paya Lebar/Tai Seng MRT)
Job Responsibilities:
· Conduct site visit to prepare quotations (i.e. using SOR rates), develop project schedule.
· Prepare risk assessment plan and method of statement, safe work procedures as per authority's guidelines.
· Conduct site inspections to ensure that all works are completed as per agreed project scope. To follow through with delivery order endorsed by client.
· Manage project team, site works, materials and equipment effectively and efficiently.
· Any other ad-hoc projects and duties as required by the management.
