Position: Accounts & Admin Assistant
Roles and Responsibility
This role requires individual to work independently and reports directly to the board of director within a growing SME. The individual will be responsible to manage financials for the group of companies.
Prompt execution in accounts payable, accounts receivables, payments, monthly progress claims, intercompany reconciliations and year-end financial closings.
The roles and responsibility notwithstanding the following:
- Ensure timely closing and accuracy of financial statement and management accounts
- Assist in Monthly reporting, schedules etc
- Assist in preparation of Full set of accounts and project monitoring including analysis of management accounts
- Handle daily accounting operational functions
- Responsible for full spectrum of Accounting Payable & Receivables
- Support in the month end and year end closing of accounts
- Prepare monthly financial reporting with necessary analysis
- Manage intercompany balances schedule and billing
- Preparation of GST reporting and submission
- Handle financial report
- Perform administrative and coordination work for finance related matters
- Handle AP/AR related matters during Audit
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Prerequisites:
- Ability to produce accurate and quality work within tight deadlines
- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or higher
- Minimum 2 years' working experience in full set of accounts
- Ex Auditor experience are welcome to apply
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word
