Responsibilities:
- Greet, welcome, and direct clients and visitors.
- Assist external/internal clients and walk-ins with general inquiries.
- Ensure reception area and customer areas are well maintained and presentable.
- Handle phone calls, answer general inquiries, and take/pass messages to recipients.
- Manage incoming mails, parcels, and front desk's petty cash.
- Assist with beverage orders.
- Maintain cleanliness in customer areas.
Requirements:
- ITE Graduate in Business Admin/Secretarial/ GCE 'N' / 'O' Level or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Computer savvy and proficient in MS Office and Google applications.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in English.
- Ability to work under stress, manage tight schedules, and multitask.
- Availability to support events on weekends and after school hours when required.
