Responsibilities:

  • Greet, welcome, and direct clients and visitors.
  • Assist external/internal clients and walk-ins with general inquiries.
  • Ensure reception area and customer areas are well maintained and presentable.
  • Handle phone calls, answer general inquiries, and take/pass messages to recipients.
  • Manage incoming mails, parcels, and front desk's petty cash.
  • Assist with beverage orders.
  • Maintain cleanliness in customer areas.

Requirements:

  • ITE Graduate in Business Admin/Secretarial/ GCE 'N' / 'O' Level or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Computer savvy and proficient in MS Office and Google applications.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in English.
  • Ability to work under stress, manage tight schedules, and multitask.
  • Availability to support events on weekends and after school hours when required.
