Our client, an US Based MNC in the Aerospace industry, is seeking for a suitable and passionate candidate to join the team!
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the team to achieve key growth targets by providing customer service to the assigned portfolio of customer accounts
- Work closely with sales team to assist campaigns for leads generation across company’s range of products
- Manage customer forecast and provide regular feedback to the planning team
- Monitor and manage the administration of assigned customers including but not limited to Contract review and Quotes generation
- Handle the order management process for both spares and repairs
- Be the main contact person for assigned customers; manage enquiries and cases
- Provide regular report and updates including sales metrics, customer satisfaction and month end
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management/ Logistics/ Business Management or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in SAP and MS Office will be advantageous
