(JP) Admin Assistant (Purchasing)

Summary:

Basic Salary: UP to $2800 (AWS + Bonus)

Location: Kaki Bukit

Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:45pm



Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth and efficient operations within administrative functions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all purchasing documents and records for vendors, subcontractors, service providers, and warehouse.
  • Ensure adherence to company purchasing policies and relevant government regulations.
  • Oversee the evaluation and analysis of approved vendors or service providers' performance, and generate reports accordingly.
  • Manage outstanding purchase orders and delivery schedules.
  • Update and maintain all reports, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Generate and prepare monthly inventory and purchasing reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum holding a Diploma in Business Studies/Administration or equivalent
  • Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of applicable work experience. Additionally, proficiency in MS Office Excel and SAP is required.
  • Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Only Singaporeans.
