Summary:
Basic Salary: UP to $2800 (AWS + Bonus)
Location: Kaki Bukit
Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:45pm
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth and efficient operations within administrative functions.
- Maintain accurate records of all purchasing documents and records for vendors, subcontractors, service providers, and warehouse.
- Ensure adherence to company purchasing policies and relevant government regulations.
- Oversee the evaluation and analysis of approved vendors or service providers' performance, and generate reports accordingly.
- Manage outstanding purchase orders and delivery schedules.
- Update and maintain all reports, documentation, and filing systems.
- Generate and prepare monthly inventory and purchasing reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum holding a Diploma in Business Studies/Administration or equivalent
- Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of applicable work experience. Additionally, proficiency in MS Office Excel and SAP is required.
- Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Only Singaporeans.
