Responsibilities:-
- Develop and monitor production schedule to ensure deadlines are met.
- Identify and address any issues that may arise during production with relevant departments.
- Keep customers up-to-date on the progress of their orders.
- Communicate with customers on enquires as and when required.
- Coordinate customer inspection, delivery and collection arrangements.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:-
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline, with at least 2 years of related experience.
- Ability to interpret BOM & Drawings.
- Good knowledge of process operation sequences.
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work under pressure with a sense of urgency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills.
