Job Responsibilities
• Oversee all activities of outlets’ staff and their daily sales movement.
• Generate monthly reports and provide weekly to-date sales reports to management.
• Manage outlet’s staff attendance and work schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of pricing and sales activities.
• Ensure outlets’ items are displayed correctly and stocks balance are recorded on daily basis.
• Ensure adequate communication given to both internal staff, external customers and provide feedback.
• Attend all events/roadshows and ensure sufficient manpower is arranged to support sales and team’s performance.
Job Specification
• Secondary education.
• Proven relevant work experiences in retails and sales.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin.
• Excellent selling skills with ability to close deals.
• A motivator and leadership.
• Able to commence work immediately.
• Training will be provided.
