Roles & Responsibilities:

• Verify customers’ RFQs
• Design, conceptualize and calculate complex customer-specific solutions for explosion protected areas
• Create techno-commercial quotations, technical customer documentation and drawings
• Support Sales in close cooperation with the corresponding interface areas including but not limited to production, engineering and quality
• Execute, support and monitor orders till shipment including coordination with manufacturing facilities, 3rdparty suppliers and service providers
• Interact with clients and engineering contacts to provide technical, engineering and design support and advice

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering degree in electrical engineering
• Minimum of five years’ experience with proven records
• Remote I/O with various communication protocol such as Profibus, Modbus & Ethernet IP
• Human Machine Interface (HMI) with Windows OS for Serial and EtherNet communication

Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge about Ex-atmospheres, type of protections, zone classifications, equipment groups
• Knowledge in SAP
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English. German would be an added advantage.
• Customer focused attitude & teamwork (Responsiveness, Accurate & Customer Friendly)
• Proficiency in office management software (MS Office, MS Project, others)
• Independent and result-oriented
• Ability to work under pressure
• Quick learner and adaptable
• Able to travel occasionally
