Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing staff attendance records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Support the use of HRIS to monitor staff attendance and leave requests.
  • Assist with basic HR tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing documents for payroll and claims.
  • Help coordinate recruitment efforts by posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
  • Manage the Executive Directors' calendar and assist with travel arrangements.
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required. Perform basic office administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing emails, and maintaining office supplies.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resources/ Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in an administrative role.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • This junior role is designed to provide support to both HR and administrative functions, with a focus on basic tasks and responsibilities that are manageable for an entry-level employee.
