Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing staff attendance records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Support the use of HRIS to monitor staff attendance and leave requests.
- Assist with basic HR tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing documents for payroll and claims.
- Help coordinate recruitment efforts by posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
- Manage the Executive Directors' calendar and assist with travel arrangements.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required. Perform basic office administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing emails, and maintaining office supplies.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources/ Business Administration, or related fields.
- 1-2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in an administrative role.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
