Overview
This leading global provider of property and casualty insurance services requires a skilled Digital Project Manager to lead the delivery of an enhanced online customer experience. In this role, you will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across the Asia Pacific, integrating insurance products, technology, and front-end user experiences.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead Digital projects for industry partners in APAC.
- Manage projects of varying complexity, fostering strong partner relationships.
- Represent Chubb Digital in partner conversations and workshops.
- Oversee multiple squads and provide digital solutions during business development.
- Collaborate on building a business case for digital governance.
- Manage the delivery pipeline, identifying risks and bottlenecks.
Delivery Goals
- Ensure projects are delivered per plan, scope, and budget.
- Uphold planned solution concepts and high-quality deliverables.
- Identify risks and dependencies for smooth and timely delivery.
- Provide clarity to agile delivery teams, ensuring adherence to standards.
- Prepare governance reports for regional and global leadership.
- Oversee Platform Service Delivery, ensuring post-launch support and platform security.
Experience & Qualifications
- 5+ years overall experience, 2+ years in a role responsible for web/mobile platforms.
- Regional experience collaborating for solution definition and delivery.
- Proficient in tools like Atlassian Jira, Confluence, Service Now, and Postman.
- Exposure to API specifications/documentation for seamless integration.
- Certified Agile Scrum Product Owner with experience in Agile Scrum methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills with excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
