SISTIC is hiring a digital marketer to scale our digital marketing and B2B strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for growing our B2B and B2C audiences and driving revenue for our existing clientele across Asia.

The ideal candidate will be equal parts strategy and execution-driven, and a creative thinker who is passionate about digital marketing and the arts, entertainment and sports industry.

  • Create, execute, and optimize marketing strategies and campaigns to deliver action-driving marketing content across channels and tools.
  • B2C marketing – manage a portfolio of key marketing clients’ campaigns and budgets, working with internal stakeholders including Client Services and Business Development teams.
  • B2B marketing – develop and manage marketing campaigns to promote SISTIC’s products and features.
  • Tracking, reporting and analysis – set up goals, analyse performance metrics, consumer and audience behaviours and insights to translate them into marketing strategies.
  • Content development around important news, new products and updates.
  • Identify opportunities that can differentiate our brand from our competitors, monitor trends, and prospect new digital marketing capabilities that will drive growth.
  • Build strong relationship with our media partners and affiliates for strong marketing support.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
  • 3 years’ working experience across marketing, public relations/communications, and all areas of digital marketing with strong knowledge in SEM, Google Universal Analytics and/or Google Analytics 4, Marketing CRM /automation and CMS platforms.
  • Client management skills or agency experience a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the marketing funnel, campaign KPIs, and digital conversion strategies.
  • Able to manage tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities, and balance short term needs with long term strategic initiatives.
  • Results driven with a keen analytical ability to turn insights into action.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with excellent communication, copy writing, presentation, management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a flexible, can-do mindset.
  • Proactive, self-motivated and take ownership of initiatives with limited oversight
  • Strong communications skills and, ability to translate technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Design experience a plus.
