Job Responsibilites:
- Provides positive customer experience with fair, friendly and courteous service over the fuel kiosk counters
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment eg clearing of eg clearing of rubbish, sweeping, cleaning of dispensers, cleaning of oil spills, etc.
- Changing of receipt rolls on fuel dispensers
- Traffic controlling due to heavy traffic
- Answers customers’ questions about the products and/or service
- Report issues, failure of equipment and incidents to the Operations Supervisor (Ops Sup)
Job Requirements:
- GCE O, N Levels or Secondary education
- Must be able to perform rotating shifts including midnight shift and cross-deployed between different fuel kiosk stations when required
- Basic computer skills and knowledge
- Able to commit long term part-time contract basis
- Able to commit work during weekdays /weekends and public holidays (day, and night shifts according to roster schedule)
