Job Description
- Contact existing client portfolio to carry out client portfolio review
- Advise clients on products that can complement their existing portfolio
- Communicate with clients over the phone & through email
- Assist clients with queries & concerns regarding insurance products
- Work with internal stakeholder to ensure policies are processed smoothly
- Comply with the the bank’s regulatory & compliance standards
Skills and Requirements
- Minimum Diploma Required
- Minimum 1 year of sales / telesales experience
- Strong communication skills
