Senior Product Designer
We are recruiting for Product Designers to work on several projects for a media technology company. The roles is to work closely with our client's Product Managers, Business Units lead, and their design team to design digital products that encompass effective growth and conversion strategies. You are expected to make design decisions, pick the best design framework, and execute ideation and UX/UI delivery. You will also work closedly with design researchers to conduct user research and validates product design hypotheses, and support various product initiatives.
What you will be doing -
- Defining and building critical workflows, wireframes, and prototypes in a fast-paced agile environment and successfully communicating them to the team
- Strong problem solver who is unfazed by unknowns in user experience, product experience, and market best practices
- Be a subject matter expert in design systems and own changes
- Work closely with product leaders and key stakeholders to define goals, roadmaps, and product requirements
- Experience with a strong data-driven, customer-centric approach to design is critical.
- Prior experience with A/B and multivariate testing to increase platform conversion
What you need to have to be considered for this exciting role -
- 5+ years of UX or Product Design experience in a product company or digital agency
- Expertise in using design and prototyping tools including Figma, Miro, Principle, or InVision
- Best-in-class UX deliverables (Wireframes, User journey, Workflows, etc.)
- You have good interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Experience designing for iOS, Android, and web, along with a good knowledge of HCI principles
