- Perform microbial culture, sub-culture, inoculation, and strains’ development in the laboratory environment.
- Perform chemical testing in the laboratory environment which involves titration, instrumental, and other wet analysis methods
- Operate the liquid fermentation and solid-state fermentation system in the pilot plant environment to cultivate microbes and produce protein products.
- Operate all other equipment including but not limited to linear sieve machine, WasteMaster 200, flask shaker, laminar hood, and vacuum pack machine.
- Run the whole process from the input of the raw substrate to the output of the end protein substrate.
- Record and report the relevant testing results.
- Manage the relevant tasks/tests independently.
- Order and register incoming materials used for testing and processing.
- Follow a safe and clean working environment as per internal SOP
