YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle incoming enquiries from customers
- Prepare quotations with support from our product / project engineers
- Following up with customers on quotation status
- Processing of sales orders, preparation of invoices and delivery arrangements
- Co-ordinate with customers and schedule service jobs for our service engineers and technicians
- General administrative tasks
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR:
- Minimum NITEC or equivalent. Alternatively, candidates with experience in sales of technical products will also be favorably considered.
- Sales oriented, independent with a positive working attitude
- 2 to 3 years relevant experience is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office
