Our client is a boutique public accounting firm located in the CBD area, they are now looking for an Associate who is:
- A self-starter
- Accountable, initiative, positive attitude
- Good communication skills
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work
Responsibilities:
- Assist Managers in handling a portfolio of clients, consisting of private companies and foreign companies, in the provision of Accounting, Taxation, Payroll, and Corporate Secretarial services
- Prepare/ review management accounts, financial statements, GST returns
- Prepare Directors' and Shareholders' resolutions, update and maintain statutory registers of clients
- Other ad-hoc projects and activities assigned
Requirements:
- ACCA/ Degree in Finance, Accountancy or equivalent qualification
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Good work ethic, initiative, keen to learn new things and acquire new knowledge
- Mature personality and willing to learn
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional character and possess good etiquette
