- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, managers, and technical teams, to understand the business needs and analyze requirements or improvements for new / existing projects and systems.
- Translate business requirements into clear and detailed functional specifications that guide the development or implementation process.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive informed decision-making.
- Develop test plans, test cases, and scenarios based on business requirements to ensure that the final solution meets user needs.
- Develop reports and dashboards to present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
- Create detailed documentation, including functional specifications, use cases, user stories, and workflow diagrams.
- Collaborate with internal teams to conduct testing, identify issues, and ensure proper functionality before implementation.
- Support the implementation of new systems, processes, or solutions by providing user training, documentation, and assistance during the transition period.
- Address user concerns and feedback to ensure smooth adoption of changes.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to provide innovative solutions and insights.
