- Implement, maintain and support IT systems (EMR and clinical management systems)
- Stakeholder management and coordination
Responsibility
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their business operation process and requirements
- Support Reporting Officer in the procurement, acquisition and implementation of IT systems
- Source and propose appropriate IT solutions that can streamline and improve business operations
- Accountable, troubleshoot and resolve daily IT systems issues reported within SLA
- Working closely with vendors, key stakeholders and cross-functional team members
- Prepare and maintain IT Systems documentation
- Manage, perform and support User Acceptance Testing, conduct end user training
- Perform ad hoc duties if required
- IT operational support
Requirements
- Recognized Professional Certificate/Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma
- More than 5 years of working experience with at least 2 years in application analyst role
- Involved in IT systems implementation, preferably EMR or other clinic related systems implementation
- Good knowledge in process and workflow mapping and analysis
- Good skills in MS Project, MS Visio, MS excel and other job related applications
