Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with our team to shape our dynamic digital marketing strategy.
  • Expertly execute strategic digital plans across diverse channels, including SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Mobile, and Display, to maximize impact.
  • Champion our digital presence by managing websites, mobile apps, and email/CRM software.
  • Craft compelling and resonant digital content optimized for various platforms.
  • Lead captivating social media campaigns that resonate with our audience.
  • Take the helm of our digital advertising initiatives, encompassing SEM, Display, Social, and Programmatic.
  • Oversee and optimize SEO campaigns to enhance our online visibility.
  • Skillfully set up conversion paths, pixels, and event tracking across platforms.
  • Dive deep into market trends, audience insights, and competitor landscapes to fuel engaging user journeys and conversions.
  • Translate digital analytics into actionable insights, sharing strategic findings with the team for optimization.
  • Keep a vigilant eye on emerging digital tools, trends, and technologies, sharing your insights to drive team innovation.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in fields like Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Advertising/Media, or equivalent.

Experience: A minimum of 2 years in marketing, especially within the beauty/retail industry.

Skills:

  • Digital Advertising Mastery: Successfully managed Google, Facebook/Instagram, Display, and Video advertising campaigns, infusing brands with digital life.
  • Audience Craftsman: Expertly identified and engaged target audiences, creating captivating digital campaigns that turned leads into enthusiastic patrons.
  • Analytics Expertise: Knowledge in Google analytics and data analysis for optimizations
  • Analytical Insight: Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Lead Generation Specialist: Knowledge of lead generation campaigns and performance marketing
  • Compelling Copywriter: Your words are a potent force, seizing attention, nurturing engagement, and inspiring action.
