a) Possess experience in electrical maintenance and project works in the Construction or Oil and Gas industry of which at least 5 years as Supervisor.
b) Educational qualifications: NITEC competency or above.
c) Candidate is expected to be well-versed in the proposals and tendering as well as in planning, execution, reporting, inspection, and monitoring of Subcontractors.
d) Be able to prepare and review electrical diagrams and layouts.
e) Experience in the installation, calibration, testing, and commissioning.
f) Good analytical skills with all-round experience and ability to lead a project independently.
g) Knowledge of cable design, cable materials used, and its handling requirements.
h) Must have a good skill for managing a maintenance organization even during emergencies.
i) Work and plan independently with minimum supervision to rectify any electrical-related failure reported.
j) Ability to carry out pre-commissioning and functional testing on new installations
k) Ability to use all test equipment as required carrying out maintenance and faulting finding works.
l) Responsible for ensuring any changes to Instrument configuration and drawings are recorded as part of the MOC procedure.
m) Responsible of to carry out toolbox talks to the technicians.
n) Able to close any gaps arising from QA/QC/HSE compliance audits.
o) Perform Risk Assessment for the work activities in coordination and develop JSA/ JHA of engineering tasks as required.
