Job Responsibilities:
· Prepare and generate quotation based on customer enquiry and follow up quote approval process
· Follow up on purchase orders
· Issue and verify sales order
· Maintain and upkeep sales and customers records
· Work close with Planning and Logistics teams to achieve deliverables
· Communicate deliverables to customers on a regular basis
· Discuss equipment requirements with customers
Job Requirements:
· Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Sales or related field
· Semiconductor or Vacuum equipment back ground will be an added advantage
· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
· Proficient n Microsoft Excel is a minimum requirement
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Effective team player who can also work independently
· Keen to learn with a ‘can-do’ attitude
