about the job
- PO processing & confirmation of PO to customers (SO Creation)
- Prepare shipping documents, invoicing and other documents required
- Weekly re-schedule report to customers
- Trace the shipment to ensure on time delivery
- Manage invoicing and receivables including exceptions i.e. L/C preparation
- Handling order related issues and claims
- Receiving, validating and processing sales order
- Quotations generation and monitoring of delivery shipment
- Act as operation focal point for customer queries (e.g. documentation and shipment status) and complex sales order resolution
skills & experience required
- Degree / Diploma / Higher NITEC / NITEC qualification
- Min 8 years of experience in a Medtech / Pharma / Medical Manufacturing / Commercial - Distribution Center environment (with min 3 years of team lead experience)
- Export/Import & freight handling experience
- Exposure to Asian region
- Experience handling order of SKU 6000 or more will be a plus
- Hands on with order management, processing , fulfilment
- Super SAP / Proficient SAP user (MM module)
