- Oversee and manage the recycling facility team, including Excavator Operators, Welders, General Workers, and Forklift Drivers.
- Coordinate the flow of incoming and outgoing traffic at the recycling facility.
- Supervise the stacking, arrangement, and deployment of skip bins within the recycling facility.
- Operate excavators to segregate incoming waste materials.
- Utilize forklifts to transport materials and skip bins as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness within the recycling facility.
- Provide feedback on operational issues to the Operations Executive/Manager.
- Ensure efficient recovery of materials, minimizing waste.
- Enforce adherence to the recycling facility's operational processes.
- Promote safety among all recycling facility staff.
- Verify the functionality of fire-fighting equipment in the recycling facility.
- Prevent fire hazards within the recycling facility.

- Candidates must be willing to work in a waste environment.
- Prior experience in forklift operation is essential.
- Proficiency in operating an excavator is required.
- Ability to carry heavy loads and handle heavy equipment is necessary.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and handling stress.
- Willingness to engage in hands-on work, such as picking and segregating waste materials.
- Possession of a Class 3 or 4 license is a valuable asset.
